Our easy to complete Questionnaire is designed to make the assessment as easy as possible.

The key documents you will need are:

• H&S Policy
   
• Sample Method Statements and Risk Assessments
   
• Information on H&S Training (certificates/records etc)
   
• Information on your current insurances
   
• Sub-contractor assessment processes
   
• Accident records

If you are uncertain or are unable to answer any questions or if you feel they may not be applicable, please feel free to contact us so that we can assist and guide you through the process,ensuring your responses are as accurate and thorough as possible. Supporting documentation can be sent on paper, on CD, on memory stick or by e-mail attachments.

SMAS / SSIP Assessment Fees:

Worksafe Contractor: (Contractor and Principal Contractor)
£120 + VAT (£144.00) – if you pay by telephone or when you send your application. Alternatively you can pay online now.

Worksafe Consultant: (Consultant, Designers and CDMC)
£140 + VAT (£168.00) – if you pay by telephone or when you send your application. Alternatively you can pay online now. 

Verification of an existing SSIP Certificate

Verification administration fee:
£25.00 + VAT (£30.00) – pay by telephone on 01752 697370 or pay online now 

All assessments are carried out in-house and will normally be completed within 3-5 days.
